Viking Brewing Company is a small family owned and operated
craft microbrewery in the picturesque village
of Dallas Wisconsin.
We are located in the historic Dallas Creamery Building right on the mill pond.
We are open on most Saturdays unless we are attending a beer show.
You are welcome to drop in to see us on those days. We do formal tours at 1:00.

April 19 - Menomonie Sunrise Rotary Beer, Wine and Food Festival at the former roller rink south of town from 6:00-9:00
April 19 - Between the Bluffs Beer and Cheese Festival A fund raiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters
at City Bier Stube, La Crosse. 2-6 PM.
May 26 - Memorial Day - Swine & Swill Fest at Native Bay Restaurant
& Lounge, Chippewa Falls from 12-5pm. Chef Nathan Berg will stuff two pigs from a nearby
organic pork farm with bratwurst and house-fermented sauerkraut and then braises
them for two days in Viking's Invader DoppleBock. AWESOME!
May 26 - Memorial Day - Trout Fest at Star Prairie Trout Farm from 1-5 PM. Local and not-so-local chefs,
grocery managers, producers, brewers (that's us) are invited to share in the good times, flavors, colors, personalities
(um, that's us too) and the pleasures of camaraderie.
